Ologunloluwa Appreciates Gov. Akeredolu Over His Support For Sunshine Stars

I want to use this opportunity to appreciate the Governor of Ondo State Arakunrin Akeredolu,SAN,CON for the unflinching support that led to the successful season of Sunshine Stars FC of Akure.

This is important as all the needed support, both financial and moral were given to the team with special attention to the welfare of the players and officials of the team.

I must inform you sir that Sunshine Stars emerged as fourth best team in the country, which is the best outing we have had in the last ten years when we finished sixth on the log and it showed that your investment over the years is yielding the desired results.

Let me also say we are fortunate to have you at the helm of affairs at the moment most government are not prioritising sports, which has helped us showcase our youths to the world.

Your premium attention accorded to sports as well as giving utmost priority to the welfare of players (youths) has placed Ondo State high in Nigeria

I will use this medium to appreciate all our players, technical crew and backroom staff. It is also imperative that I thank our supporters, fans and urge them not to relent in their prayers and support.

We shall come back stronger next season.
