Hon. Babatunde Faro, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and businessman, has expressed his confidence in the party’s candidate, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, winning the November 16 governorship election in Ondo State.
Faro made this statement on Thursday in Akure.
He emphasized the party’s preparedness and the people’s desire for change, which he believes will translate to an overwhelming victory for the PDP.
“The people of Ondo State are tired of the current state of affairs and are yearning for a new direction. Our party’s candidate, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, represents that change and has the vision, leadership skills, and commitment to deliver the prosperity and progress that our people deserve,” Faro said.
Faro praised the party’s supporters for their dedication and hard work, saying ” the victory of PDP is sacrosanct with the will power, tenacity of purpose, unity and determination of everyone.
He also commended the party’s candidates, including Ajayi, for their exceptional leadership qualities and commitment to the welfare of the people.
“The PDP has been working tirelessly to ensure a landslide victory, and my confidence in the party’s chances has further energized the campaign.
“With the election just around the corner, the people of Ondo State are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to exercise their franchise and choose their next leader”
“The PDP’s campaign has focused on issues of economic development, education, and healthcare, and our candidate, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, has a proven track record of public service and a clear vision for the future of Ondo State,” Faro continued.
“We are confident that the people of Ondo State will see the wisdom in choosing a leader who has their best interests at heart and will vote overwhelmingly for the PDP on November 16,” Faro concluded.
