The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Ondo State Chapter
has identified with members observing Ramadan with the distribution of beverage items.
The state Chairman of the association, Segun Giwa, said the gesture was part of the welfare support plan for its members.
Giwa added that the association would continue to ensure that welfare of members remained priority.
The chairman urged members to be committed to the growth of the association in the state for more assuring benefits to all members.
“We are all one. We must celebrate, and indetify with each other every season. We got onboard just a few months back and part of our watchword collectively as the executives is the priority of our members’ welfare and I am happy we have been able to work as a team to achieve this.
“We are urging all SWAN members and stakeholders in the state to support the association to ensure we all succeed together and move Ondo State further higher in the world of sports,” he said.
Giwa,who urged members with beautiful ideas to always bring it up,later appreciated the members of the executives for the support towards the remarkable way forward.
