The Ondo State Head of Service, Chief Segun Odusanya, has congratulated Oba Victor Adedugbe on his emergence as the Akemo-Elect of Bamikemo, describing his appointment as a fitting choice capable of advancing the development of the community.
Odusanya gave the commendation on Wednesday when the monarch visited his office in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
He expressed appreciation to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for approving the appointment, describing the choice of Oba Adedugbe as a case of putting a round peg in a round hole.
The Head of Service expressed confidence that the incoming monarch’s reign would usher in unprecedented growth and development in Bamikemo, citing his personality, experience and pedigree as qualities that would positively influence his leadership.
Odusanya also congratulated the people of Bamikemo on the emergence of their new traditional ruler, urging them to sustain their support and cooperation with the monarch.
He stressed the need for unity and collective commitment among residents to enable the community to achieve rapid development under the incoming traditional leadership.
