In the annals of Governments in Ondo – State and for the occupants of the office of a Chief press Secretary in Ondo – State,we have never had it so good until Prince Adeniyan Ebenezer occupied the space.
In one of my recent articles, l applauded our sitting Governor in Ondo- State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for the choice of Prof Igbekele Ajibefun as a commissioner in Ondo- State because the Professor is well known and endowed for performance.
In same token, l have my euphoria and profound gratitude for the choice of Ebenezer Adeniyan as a chief Press Secretary to the sitting Governor.
The duo personalities have added value to governance in Ondo- State and gave positive image to the sitting Governor.
By his grace, lam familiar with all the occupants to the seat of a chief press Secretary in Ondo – state by the virtue of my office at the different times as the Director, Public Relations and protocol matters in Rufus Giwa Polytechnic,Owo.
All the occupants since the creation of Ondo State had been wonderful people but as you always have good, better and best, the vision and driving spirit of Ebenezer Adeniyan stood out.
I fell in love with his ethics on Journalism,As the Publisher of Trace Magazine and the General Secretary of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Ondo – State years past he stood out.
I read with passion his publications on ‘ The lroko Revolution and the Jimoh Ibrahim plot- Stories that sold massively as main events of the time.
As a product of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, he has been a good ambassador of the institution and his then department,Masscommunication will not forget easily his philantropic gestures to the institution
.As a man who treasure value system, he has promoted the image of the institution by conduct and effective concerns on issues involving the institution .
As a pressman, Prince Adeniyan has not undermined his immediate constituency, He understands the onions of his career and always aiding and encouraging his colleagues on the job with necessary tools of performance.
His hospitality is valued by the members of the NUJ. Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan values relationship and goodwill and a public related man.
In his Community, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan is not a neophte in Politics. This award winning journalist once contested for the house assembly in Ondo – State to give quality representation to his people in Akure land.Akure will always hold him in trust.His involvement on issues that bother on growth and development of Akureland is historic.A man who remembers his base.l celebrate you.
As a committed, loyal and dedicated staff to the sitting Governor, Adeniran through press releases has constantly be in effective control of communication.No room for communication gap in actioning the decisions of Government to the good people of Ondo State
