Engr Favour opens Campaign Office For Aiyedatiwa In Ifedore

An All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain in Ondo State, Engineer Temitope Ajayi has opened a campaign office in Irese, Ifedore Local Government Area as part of his support drive for the campaign of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa ahead of the Nov. 16 governorship election.

The event which took place on Sunday had in attendance, all APC bigwigs from the local government.

Performing the inauguration, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi appreciated the gesture on behalf of the governor.

Oluwatuyi, also known as Tuykana, said the governor appreciated the gesture because he informed the governor before attending the event.

This is as he also donated for a competition to be organized at the party Secretariat amongst party members as the party of activities to engender unity ahead of the Nov. 16 election.

“I appreciate you all for the good job you are doing for our great party in Irese, Ifedore Local Government, especially during our primary election, I pray God will see us through.

” I am sure other local governments and other LCDAs will be scampering to emulate this gesture. Today is not a day of campaign, I brought appreciation from Mr Governor, I told him I was coming here and he said I should appreciate you for doing this for him,” he said.

He later prayed for Ajayi, popularly known as Engr Favour, that he would reap the gains of politics.

Also speaking, Commissioner for Mines and Energy, Engr Razaq Obe represented by his Special Assistant, Barrister Sesan Oriola lauded the gesture and urged members to work for the success of the party in the coming general election.

At the event, a Member representing the constituency at the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Tope Komolafe, represented by Adewale Alorne appreciated Ajayi for the good gesture.

Earlier, Ajayi said he did it out of love and belief in the aspiration and candidacy of the governor to lead the Sunshine State.

He said he was still going to do more in the coming days to ensure an increase in the support base of the governor in Ifedore.
