Ijare LCDA Chairman Organises Stakeholders Meeting To Forestall Protest

The Chairman of Ijare LCDA,Hon. Kunle Ajayi, has met with stakeholders ahead of the planned protest on hardship by Nigerians.

The meeting, which took place on Tuesday with all communities under the LCDA,urged youths to trust Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his various moves to improve the standard of living.

Ajayi, who held the meeting with all security agencies in his domain, enlightened the community on how to prevent any form of protest to be hijacked by hoodlums.

He said it is the right of citizens to protest peacefully,but advised that any form of protest now could be hijacked by unwanted elements which the government did not want.

He assured that the present Government led by the All Progressives Congress (APC) was doing everything possible to improve lives and reduce perceived hardship.

All those who spoke at the meeting agreed with the Chairman that President Bola Tinubu had made moves to make lives better for the citizens and told the chairman that peace is better than chaos.
