ODIRS DEBUNKS FAKE NEWS: Ondo State’s Real IGR Figure Revealed

The Ondo State Internal Revenue Service (ODIRS) has categorically debunked a viral report claiming the state’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the first half of 2025 stood at ₦22,483,369,409.97.
 This figure is false and does not reflect the true revenue performance of the state.
As published on the Joint Tax Board (JTB) portal, Ondo State’s IGR for the first half of 2025 stands at ₦28,154,864,901.17.
ODIRS reaffirms its commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous revenue growth.
ODIRS urges the public and stakeholders to verify information from credible and official sources before sharing. This ensures the dissemination of accurate information and prevents the spread of misinformation.
