The Ondo State Football Stakeholders Forum has thrown its strong weight behind the Tinubu/Datiwa Half a Million Walk.
The convener of the forum, Otunba Dele Ologbese, made this known during a chat with newsmen in Akure, the state capital.
He commended the state coordinator of the Tinubu/Datiwa half a million walk, Kehinde Akinrotoye, aka Bonsue who is also a former Senior Special Assistant on Sports to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, describing his performance as outstanding and one of the best among his peers.
Ologbese said, “We have been following your activities since your appointment as SSA, and we can confidently say you are one of the best among the Governor’s appointees.
“Stakeholders are fully in support of this walk, despite our reservations about the level of sports developments in Ondo state.
“We will be part of the walk.
Our representatives will be fully on the ground to give massive support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He has been doing well, and we are ready to back his re-election bid. We’re very sure about the fact that in his second tenure as president, there will be mass investments in sports infrastructures in the country”.
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa is expected to lead the walk from Ondo State Government house to the state sports complex in Akure tomorrow Wednesday, April 1,2026.
