Forum Writes Akeredolu Over Akoko South East Local Government Chairmanship Zoning

Epimi Development Forum (EDF) has urged the Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN and other leaders of All Progressive Congress APC in the state to put Justice and equity into consideration in zoning the Chairmanship position in Akoko South East Local Government Area of the state. 

The Forum in an open letter to the Governor said: “Going by the data in their possession, we wish to appeal to you, to use your good office  as the leader of the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) to ensure that the position of Local Government Chairman is zoned to Epinmi-Akoko in the spirit of fairness, justice and equity.”

Mr Governor, we wish to use this medium to appreciate God for your life and also thank you for the good work your administration is doing in our sunshine State.

“We wish to bring to your notice matters concerning the forthcoming Local Government Election and the need for justice and equity in zoning the Chairmanship position.  

In view of the above, we wish to intimate you with the data of the occupants of the office of chairman to Local Government since the creation of our Local Government. Please see table below: 

Going by the above, we wish to appeal to you, to use your good offices as the leader of the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) to ensure that the position of Local Government Chairman is zoned to Epinmi-Akoko in the spirit of fairness, justice and equity. 

 Epinmi-Akoko can boast of an array of highly experienced and accomplished personalities, who when given the opportunity can excellently preside over the affairs of Akoko South East Local Government to deliver good governance.

Long live Akoko South East Local Government! 

Long live Ondo State!!
