Ordinarily,the unfounded report won’t have attracted any attention but for the reading public and friends of the institution it has become necessary to give a true report of events in the lnstitution.
The public is invited to note that it is a normal vogue in all tertiary lnstitutions across the country to allow the conduct of student Government election and in line with the democratic practice,Rufus Giwa Polytechnic,owo is known for conducting elections in a peaceful atmosphere .
The election slated for tomorrow is on line and Rugipo is a pacesetter among the comity of tertiary instructions for the conduct of on line election and by its nature it is always devoid of rancour and hurly-burly.
The news that Rugipo is on fire is therefore a figment of imagination from those who never meant well.The information is ,baseless and unfounded,thee public is enjoined to t disregard it..The institution is peaceful and ‘students are going about with their normal school life activities without any fear and apprehension.
