ODHA Election: SDP Candidate Adegoroye Solicits Atunluse Endorsement

The candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) into the Ondo State House of Assembly, Akure Constituency 1, Prince Ileola Benedict Adegoroye has sought the support of Atunluse Initiatives to emerge Winner of the forthcoming march 11 election.

Atunluse Initiatives is a social Political organisation with members cut across the country and every strata of the society, with aim of soliciting for better life for Nigerians.

Adegoroye, while meeting with the leaders of the organisation in Akure, the state capital promised to put people’s interest above personal interest.

He said his philosophy is in tandem with the Atunluse Initiatives’ philosophy.

He added that “he will change the face of representation in the constituency by agitating for the good of his Constituents”.

He said: “I’m here today to seek for your support and I want Atunluse Initiatives to put their weight behind me. People have told me that if aproach this organisation and it agree to work for me, that I will win the election.”

In his reaction, the Chairman of Atunluse Initiatives, Otunba Akinsola Akinbobola said the leaders of the organisation will meet to decide and get back to him in due course .

Akinbobola said : “Atunluse is not a political party, we are a movement and once our leaders agree to work with any candidate, we have no option than to work assiduous to ensure that our adopted candidate emerges victorious”.

The duo of the Director General and Coordinator of the group, Elder Sikiru Adetona and Mr Shalom Olaseni reiterated that leaders of the organisation will have a marathon meeting with the members of the organisation to decide on the next line of action.
