Lagos, Nigeria – Inspire Sport’s Academy Feeders Team (ISAGT) continued their impressive run in the ongoing 2025 1XBET Community Cup with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Soccer Cardinal FA at the Inspire Sports Arena Stadium, Cappa, Oshodi, Lagos State.
The win marks ISAGT’s second consecutive triumph in the competition, solidifying their position at the top of Group C.
The decisive moment came late in the game when Matiti Ibrahim calmly converted a penalty, sealing the victory for ISAGT. Despite creating several clear chances that could have widened the margin, the team settled for a narrow yet deserved win.
Speaking after the match, the Public Relations Officer, Oluwatope Ayokunle, fondly known as Tubaba the Football Scouting Expert, expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance and result. He praised the players’ efforts and conveyed the management’s optimism about ISAGT’s potential in the tournament.
Team captain Ayomiposi Ayodele also shared his excitement after the victory, urging fans to continue supporting the team as they prepare for their next fixture against Emiloju FC on Thursday.
